Our Palm Sunday worship time will look a little different from recent Sundays.  We will still have our Lector (Beth) and our Intercessor (Jane J) and Pam will lead us in the hymns (3 hymns this week—yeah!), but there will be additions to the service that will make this Sunday special.  We begin with a section called “The Liturgy of the Palms” and that is when you want to hold your palm branch and pretend you are processing along the street waving the palm branch.  (Go ahead and march around the room if you are so inclined…)  Dave will read Mark 11:1-11 during this time.  The message for this Sunday will be the reading of “The Passion of Jesus” from the Gospel of Mark.   Just before it is time for you to read your part, please unmute and be prepared to speak.  Unfortunately, I can’t ask everyone to be unmuted at the same time because the sound becomes garbled and we would miss some of the words.

Our readings are:  Isaiah 50:4-9a; Psalm 31:9-16 (BCP P.623); and Philippians 2:5-11.   Join us for worship and invite others to come to church with you.  Feel free to give our Zoom information to friends and family members so they can worship with you.
