One thing I have discovered through all this is Christ Church is a healthy church.  Now, most of the world measures ‘health’ by people in the pews on Sunday and $$$.  On both counts we’re doing well, in fact, we have more people online than we usually have in the pews on Sunday.

But I don’t consider these the only measures of health.  Vitality is another.  Care for each other is another.  Maintaining contact is another…we’re doing well in those categories too, in my opinion.

Some parishes aren’t doing so well and I wonder if they are finding their lack of these things when they were in the church–contact, taking care of each other, etc.,  is taking its toll now.  We have to guard against any failure to be a community both now and when we return to church.

I’m confident CCL will remain healthy, don’t you?
